Job Title Marketing Manager

Overview
United Real Estate, a fast-growing brokerage real estate model has a great opportunity for a Marketing Manager reporting to the Vice-President of Marketing. This position will plan, manage, and execute a variety of marketing campaigns and initiatives for our high-growth real estate brokerage model, dealing with timelines and creative direction working in conjunction with senior management. Project management, execution, and the ability to keep the big picture in mind while dealing with daily tasks are all key components of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, deploy, execute, and manage multi-media marketing campaigns for specific campaigns and program adoption from beginning to end

  • Manage the day-to-day planning and implementation activities for brand marketing campaigns, demonstrating strategic thinking, creativity, and solid decision-making

  • Execute campaigns and place media buys through a multitude of marketing and advertising vehicles including online, email, social media, video, print, broadcast, direct marketing, and outdoor media

  • Negotiate cost-effective rates with media outlets, including newspaper, magazine, television, radio and online

  • Ability to recognize problems and opportunities while understanding when to shift from analysis into action

  • Provide creative direction that meets brand guidelines while holding a consistently high standard for creative excellence

  • Contribute ideas in cross-functional teams including marketing, advertising, network operations, franchise sales, training, and communications

  • Maintain responsive working relationship and build rapport with internal team members, offices, agents, stakeholders, strategic partners, and vendors

  • Work together with offices and agents to develop creative materials, tools, and marketing messages to meet their needs

  • Manage back-end cost structure of projects for financial reconciliation and trafficking of incoming invoices

  • Balance and prioritize multiple projects and campaigns
    Other responsibilities as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent work experience  

  • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing with a concentration in account management or advertising management

  • Real Estate familiarity is a plus  

  • Well-developed understanding of business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing practices, digital marketing, and customer online experience  

  • Clear and concise verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills  

  • Strong organizational skills, initiative, and commitment to high-quality work  

  • Excellent attention to detail  

  • Must be a self-starter with results driven mentality

  • Team player with a collaborative work style and comfortable with fast-paced, changing environment and ambiguity  

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications as well as email platforms such as Mail Chimp or Constant Contact and Social Media Platforms  

  • Design editing capabilities through Adobe Creative Suite desired  

  • Ability to travel as needed

Salary Begins at $45,000
