Job Title Content Manager
Overview
As the Content Manager, you will assist in leading the vision, process, and execution in content strategy for the organization. The Manager will continually evolve, implement, and support UMB’s content strategy, including optimizing content use through review of audience, channel, and delivery content type. In addition, the Manager will ideate, review and strategize external content for all lines of business.

Responsibilities
Collaborating to identify efficient content use and effective content implementation.
Managing and evolving the team’s online content collaboration center and the department’s projects, initiatives and workflows.
Providing strategic direction for website content, including SEO, audience review, performance tracking, user experience and copy creation.
Proactively managing style guides, taxonomies, metadata frameworks and content migration plans.
Reviewing content and providing actionable recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication
6+ years marketing or communication experience
3+ years content management experience
A firm understanding of user experience, search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) skills
Project management experience
