Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing a wide range of communications and marketing strategies to promote the HNTB in brand in support of business objectives. This position supports the leadership in developing marketing and communications materials, national award submittals, advertising, social media content and other tactics in both print and digital format. Event management and support also included in this role.
Primary Focus Will Include:
Developing content for a wide range of audiences and sharing that content in various formats
Managing multiple project simultaneously and ensuring those projects meet their respective strategic goal.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Excellent writing, editing and oral communications skills.
A thorough knowledge of AP style.
Able to work collaboratively with those within the communications group as well as other internal clients.
Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects, deadlines and budgets.
Possess a can-do attitude, be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven atmosphere.
Working knowledge of Hootsuite, Word Press and SharePoint
Essential Responsibilities:
Works with market sector and professional service leaders to identify industry events for sponsorship and presentations.
Develops marketing communications materials in both print and digital format to support national programs.
Manages national award opportunities, including identifying projects and people to submit and working with teams to develop submittal.
Identifies advertising opportunities and works with creative team to develop ads.
Supports virtual and in-person forums and industry events.
Writes, edits and provide creative direction on national communication programs.
Research background information on HNTB projects and business objectives to ensure communications programs, including national collateral, awards and advertising support HNTB's strategic goals.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or related field
7 years corporate, non-profit, or agency experience
