A panel of experts will share communications insights for the future based on research of the recent past. Join us for insights and lunch.
In the post-COVID era, customers and employees have new expectations and communities expect our organizations to behave in certain ways. All of this will have an impact on our communications strategy and will change the way we do business. In this panel, our experts will examine what the research shows us and will cover:
New considerations for communicating authentically and inclusively.
How new workplace cultural norms around flexibility and hybrid work will affect internal communications.
New behavioral guidelines for social media and other communications technologies.
Our panel of researchers will discuss the trends they believe lie ahead.
This is an in-person event and includes lunch.
