Women, Men & Leadership: Remove Flawed Perceptions for Untapped Potential

We're continuing our free KC IABC coffee series on personal development for communicators. Our next presenter will be speaker and author Kimberly Wright. We'll discuss how our perceptions are powerful lenses that shape both our identity and professional interactions. Using the viral dress debate of 2015 as a playful starting point, we will discuss how believing with certainty in incorrect perceptions can easily build a foundational truth on something that is, in fact, false. In this gathering, we will examine the unconscious perceptions that silently shape workplace dynamics and learn how to discover untapped potential individually, as a collaborative team, and in organizational growth. We will also share real-life experiences to illustrate the impact our perceptions have on our approach to leadership and team culture.
