Job Title: Senior Marketing Strategist
Overview: Kansas City, marketing and advertising community:We are looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist for our client to lead their integrated marketing initiatives, shape campaign strategy, and drive measurable outcomes. This role will own strategy, align cross-functional teams, and advance our AI-powered marketing capabilities.
Responsibilities: Strategic Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals, including management of all social media channels.
- Own campaign planning from concept through performance analysis.
- Translate business objectives into scalable marketing initiatives.
- Partner with leadership on new product, client, and go-to-market strategies.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Provide direction and feedback to team members.
- Elevate creative quality and consistency across all deliverables while preserving brand integrity.
- Improve internal workflows, briefing processes, and collaboration models.
- Act as a key partner to sales and client services teams.
AI & Innovation Ownership:
- Lead the adoption of AI-driven marketing strategies, including content generation at scale, personalization and segmentation, and workflow automation.
- Identify and implement new tools to improve efficiency and performance.
- Establish best practices for AI-assisted marketing across the organization.
Performance & Analytics:
- Track and optimize campaign performance across channels.
- Use data to refine messaging, targeting, and channel mix.
- Report on ROI and provide actionable insights to leadership
Qualifications: Qualifications & Skills: - 5–8+ years of marketing experience. - Proven ability to build and lead campaigns, driving results across social media and other channels. - Exceptional copywriting skills with a track record of crafting compelling, audience-targeted content across multiple channels, including email campaigns, social media, landing pages, and advertising materials. - Strong strategic thinking and communication skills. - Experience with AI tools and marketing technology. - Ability to operate both creatively and analytically.
