All “business communication” isn’t equal. How you talk to the people above you (like exec level/C-suite) is very different than how you talk to a team you manage or work alongside organizationally. Then how you as a business communicate externally is also very different from how’d say the same thing to an internal group - like a Town Hall vs an earnings report call.
