Job Summary
Black & Veatch is searching for a Marketing Manager to join the Global Marketing group within the Power business. The group is part of the Global Marketing Group within Global Sales & Marketing. This group provides communication and marketing support to business development and Global Business Lines across Power.

The role reports to the Global Marketing Leader and will work with this person as well as other Power businesses and regional leaders to provide consistent delivery on marketing material and collateral. This manager is highly collaborative, innovative, and communicative to ensure execution excellence and effective value proposition.

Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager will create and implement marketing content and campaigns in order to produce value propositions to sustain existing business and lead the generation of new business. This person will:

Provide effectively branded and cohesive proposal documents.

Work closely with business lines, sales, event managers, and others across the Power business to meet client requirements.

Utilize brand guidelines, industry knowledge and marketing materials in order to create and implement content including collateral, presentations, videos, webinars, podcasts, website and other marketing-communication channels.

Effectively prepare briefing documents for client meetings.

Works closely with proposal partners to ensure collaboration and streamlined execution on projects.

Responsible for leading the demand of timely generation of marketing products and materials to ensure on-time proposal delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Understanding of marketing / branding / communication concepts and how they affect the business.

  • Ability to collaborate across functional areas in order to produce the most effective material.

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of the power industry

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, or equivalent experience Experience: 8+ years progressive experience, including 4+ years supervisory All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
