Marketing Coordinator: PRIER Products, Inc.

Every great product needs a champion marketer, a person who can weave social, digital, website and print content campaigns to drive brand loyalty and engagement. We are looking for that person to continue what has already been started.

You will interact with all aspects of PRIER Product’s teams – Sales, Customer Service, R&D, Operations and Manufacturing – to learn the business and apply that knowledge to grow revenue and brand loyalty. The Marketing Coordinator will be involved in various multi-channel marketing activities. 

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch marketing campaigns with tactics tied to sales objectives

  • Concept, design and launch digital and print marketing campaigns

  • Track effectiveness of marketing communications

  • Create a wide range of different marketing content and materials including product communications, promotional materials, packaging, trade show displays, signage, etc.

  • Assist with new product launches in coordination with various departments

  • Work with internal departments to ensure accurate Product Specifications

  • Create content for internal communications

  • Create and execute social media campaigns – Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn

  • Update and maintain website content (product updates, blog content, videos, etc.)

  • Coordinate, capture and edit video projects

Qualifications
The Marketing Coordinator is an exceptional communicator and creative problem solver. The preferred candidate needs to work well under deadlines in a changing environment with the ability to perform multiple tasks effectively, consistently and concurrently. A person who is energetic and passionate and who can work both on their own (self-starter) and collaboratively will excel in this role.

Education/Experience
College degree in marketing, communications or graphic design, or 2-3 years of solid experience.

Hard Skills – must be proficient or have working knowledge in the following areas:

  • Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PremierePro, etc.

  • Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Outlook

  • Major social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube

  • Marketing Automation platform and Salesforce CRM (bonus)

Soft Skills

  • Ability and eagerness to learn new systems and adapt to changes in the workplace

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work both independently and part of our team

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a variety of internal and external customers
