The primary responsibility of this vital position is to contribute to, prepare materials and project manage comprehensive communications programs to promote the value of nSight Marketing to our prospects and clients.


•Represent the “back office” for nSight Marketing as well as direct communications with clients on details of certain projects (i.e. preparing for and deploying surveys, preparation for live meetings with Melynn)
•Assist with marketing activities to contribute to the goals for nSm
•Manage all marketing systems and technology, administrative tasks, process development; Project manage nSight work (most is through Basecamp PM software)


• Client interaction on behalf of nSight Marketing
• Email Marketing (nSight) – Create and distribute e-materials including the nSight newsletter, event announcements, etc. through StreamSend
Email Marketing (Clients) – send promotional emails for clients as needed including weekly newsletters, survey announcements, videos, etc. through MailChimp and other programs. Assist with list uploads and support as needed.
• Surveys – Create, distribute, report and project manage for client and nSight surveys through SurveyGizmo
• Website – Update, and manage content on nSight Marketing and MemberValue.org websites (and similar responsibilities for association clients); websites are in WordPress
• Blogs – Review and publish nSight blogs to website
• Social Media – Distribute social media content for nSight Marketing
• Project Management – Oversee all client project management including milestones, working with vendors, and working with clients to ensure deadlines are met•CRM / Task Management – Update mailing lists, client database via Highrise
• Manage shared site for all nSight Marketing materials via DropBox
• General Admin – General administrative tasks as needed
• Dashboard Creation – Track marketing performance measurements and analyze via a pre-established format. Pull data and develop for both nSight Marketing and clients at regular (pre-established) milestones
• Melynn’s Travel– Manage travel details via TripIt app and book some aspects of travel as needed

• Communication skills: digital, verbal and personal interaction with clients and all nSight Marketing staff
• Proofng skills for nSight Marketing and client materials and in proper use of language, formatting and adhering to established brand standards
• Project Management skills
• WordPress and HTML for websites and email coding
• Proactive interaction with nSight Marketing staff and partners
• Knowledge in social media and reputation management
• Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Budgeting, planning and producing materials, projects and time within budget
• Apple Mac technology and knowledge of iWork
• Well organized, positive, outlook, collaborative, self-directed and open to bringing and implementing new ideas

Timing: Looking to fill this position as soon as possible
Location: Kansas City – while not mandatory is a consideration
Hours: Part-time – app. 20 hours per week
