EAG is home to more local small businesses than any other agency. As the outsourced marketing department to so many companies, we need search marketing professionals with some real know-how.

We are looking for a multi-discipline professional who understands all forms of search marketing, including paid social, as an expert tactician and as a deep-thinker.

To be a hero in this position you must do two things well: Be extremely good at helping companies get found via paid and organic search and be able to explain how you did it in simple, concise, understandable terms. It’s that simple. Or is it?

Responsibilities

The Search Marketing Specialist is an integral part of our Product Group, which consists of delivery of all channels of print or digital media. You will have access to use the appropriate tools to research and analyze the online marketplace to determine optimal strategies, keyword management and ad ranking to meet ROI targets within individual client budgetary constraints. You will need to project investment, performance and ROI and will be responsible for the development, execution management, continual optimization and regular results reporting of search campaigns for our clients to meet their goals and objectives. You will maintain responsive working relationships with both clients and internal agency staff with the ability to articulate the rationale behind a strategy.

Qualifications

This is a mid-level position and our ideal new team member has:
• A minimum of 3 years recent and position-relevant experience
• A current AdWords Certification
• Managed multiple local campaigns for multiple brands to drive traffic to websites, including B2B non-e-commerce sites
• Experience working directly in Ad Manager
• Experience working with Google Analytics
• Ability to be detail-oriented while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
