We are looking for a highly creative and organized team member to provide coordination and strategy development for the church’s campuses and ministries. This person will ensure effective congregational and external communication though cultivation and delivery of a full range of communications support.

Responsibilities
Serve as an essential link between the Resurrection campuses and ministries and the Communications team to ensure the unique needs of each campus are consistently met.

Regular physical presence at ongoing and specially-called meetings with regional campus staffs.

Work with Director of Communications to develop strategic communication and marketing plans and coordinate implementation across all campuses and media platforms.

Work with volunteers and ministry colleagues to develop communication initiatives and marketing campaigns that meet the needs of individual campuses and ministries.

Coordinate with the Communications creative team to ensure delivery of graphic, video, digital and social media.

Provide ongoing feedback and evaluation of regional campus communication strategies and tools.

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism or a related field, with 2 to 4 years of experience working in creative communications.

Excellent writing and editing skills for print and digital media.

Experience with a broad range of communication media including web, video, social and print.

Outstanding organization and project management skills.

Flexible, dependable and highly motivated.
